• Maintain the security of your password and identification
• Accept all responsibility for activities that occur under your account

4. Tutor Responsibilities

As a tutor using the Service, you agree to:

• Honor all bookings made through the platform

5. Payment Processing

SessionApp uses third-party payment processors (including Stripe) to handle transactions. By using the Service, you agree to:

• Understand that SessionApp is not responsible for payment processing errors or disputes
• Accept that platform fees may apply to transactions
• Acknowledge that refunds are subject to our Refund Policy

• To transmit any harmful code, viruses, or malicious software

SessionApp shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use or inability to use the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the past 2 months.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless SessionApp and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, actions, or demands arising out of or relating to your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

11. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.
